Fantasy casting Round 1: Gilligans Island

It's news today, the original creator of Gilligan's Island, Sherwood Schwartz has agreed to give the rights to a big screen adaptation of the tv show. No casting rumors have been set, however, I have come up with who I think would be good. Now, I'm always right, however, I would love to hear what other people would think of as Gilligan and the rest. Let's not get into plot points now, because, unless you have a magical switch to move an island, the castaways could be found using Google Earth in about 10 minutes. Oh well, that show didn't exactly come across as gripping and heart-pounding realism.
So, here we go:

Gilligan- Michael Cera, of Juno fame
Skipper - Seth Rogan, of 40 year old Virgin and Pineapple Express
Professor - Nathan Fillion of Serenity and Firefly
Ginger - Lindsey Lohan of slutty tabloid fame (c'mon, she looks good as a redhead)
Mary Ann - Eliza Dushku, she played Faith on Buffy, was in Bring it on and Dollhouse
Thurston Howell III - Alan Rickman, the voice of God, Sheriff of Nottingham, Love Actually
Lovey Howell - Maria Bello, of Mummy 3 fame

FUN FACT : The characters' full names - The Skipper: Jonas Grumby - The Professor: Roy Hinkley - Mr. Howell: Thurston Howell III - Mrs. Howell: Eunice Howell - Gilligan: Willey Gilligan - Ginger: Ginger Grant - Mary Ann: Mary Ann Summers

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, A tale of a fateful trip That started from this tropic port, Aboard this tiny Ship.
The mate was a mighty sailin' man, The Skipper brave and sure, Five passengers set sail that day For a three hour tour..........

I think you are right on with all of them except Mary Anne. I think she is a little to rugged and Mary Anne was a little more...frightened / worried.

I would say Eliza has the look down, but she has always played a strong role in the past, maybe a change of pace could be good for her. So, who would you cast as Mary Ann, maybe a bit older Rachael McAdams, or a young talent, Ellen Page?
