Florida bans "non-traditional family movies" from tax incentives
There are incentives for shooting your film in Florida, but those incentives just became a lot more complicated with the rewording of the tax incentive bill. The bill is so confusing, the representative couldn't explain it, but he did compare it to The Andy Griffith Show.
